Loomy Beauty Cosmetics Trading LLC, ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via FedEx & DHL. Packages to GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council ) are shipped via DHL Parcel International. All other international packages are shipped via DHL International Standard.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTION?
Loomy Beauty Online orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding U.A.E public /National holidays).
Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days,(Orders within U.A.E) depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed before 10 A.M local time (Dubai timing) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products t are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 10 A.M (Dubai Time )will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 10 A.M (Dubai Time) will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday, except major holidays)

This means that Loomy Beauty Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
