Loomy Beauty Cosmetics Trading LLC, ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via FedEx & DHL. Packages to GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council ) are shipped via DHL Parcel International. All other international packages are shipped via DHL International Standard.

All packages are shipped via FedEx for domestic & DHL for international deliveries.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTION?
Loomy Beauty Online orders are shipped in business days. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding U.A.E public /National holidays.
Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days,(Order within U.A.E) depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed before 10 A.M local time (Dubai timing) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products that are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 10 A.M (Dubai Time )will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 10 A.M (Dubai Time) will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday, except major holidays)

Yes, we do. Orders shipped within 6-14 business days.
Overnight and Second Day Service is subject to the geographical locations varies.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
We apologize, but we are unable to allow any shipping address changes once an order is placed.

Loomy Beauty Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Loomy Beauty Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
