1. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Loomybeauty.com ships to all the customer around the world . Please call us at 1.800.550.0005 if you have any questions.

2. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

We apologize, but we are unable to allow any shipping address changes once an order is placed.

3.HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

After selecting the product you wish to order through the loomybeauty.com  please click “Add to Cart” and indicate your desired quantity.

You may at any time view and/or edit the contents of your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon found in the top right corner of all pages on the website. By clicking “View Cart,” you will be able to validate or edit your cart and then proceed to check out.

Once your payment has been made, a thank-you page will appear with your order number indicating that your order has been received. A confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.

4.HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ORDER HISTORY?

If you have created a Loomy Beauty account, you can view your order history. Log in to your account and click on "My orders".

 If you have placed an order as a guest, please contact our Customer Service to get this information.

 

5. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

All packages are shipped via FedEx for domestic & DHL for international deliveries.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTION?

LoomyBeauty Online orders are shipped on business days (Sunday-Thursday excluding public holidays).

Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days,(Order within U.A.E) depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed before 10 A.M local time (Dubai timing) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 10 A.M (Dubai Time )will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 10 A.M (Dubai Time) will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Sunday – Thursday, except major holidays); orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Orders shipped within 6-14 business days.

Overnight and Second Day Service is subject to the geographical locations varies .
